Flexible booking conditions for all 2021 bookings

At this moment it is not yet possible to predict the situation in 2021. Of course we hope to know more about this by then. We understand that you might have doubts about booking to the holiday for 2021. For that reason we have eased our cancellation conditions. This way you know exactly where you stand and you have no financial risk if your holiday cannot continue as a result of Covid-19.

  • Free cancellation or change

For all new bookings applies that they can be cancelled or changed for free, before 1st of March*. In case of cancellation, the prepayment will be refunded**.

  • Only 10% prepayment

After booking, we require a deposit of 10%. In addition, 20% has to be paid before 1st of January 2021. The rest of the payment must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival. In case your destination has a negative travel advice, you may postpone the rest payment to 2 weeks before arrival.

  • Money back in case of negative travel advice or lockdown because of Covid-19

In case you holiday can’t continue, because of;

  1. The government has given a negative travel advice (code orange or red)
  2. On the arrival day you are staying in an area that is in lockdown

In these cases, from 2 weeks before arrival, we will give you the following 3 options, in case your booking has not been changed the last 2 weeks:

  1. Rebook to another destination and/or date*
  2. Voucher for the paid amount
  3. Refund of the paid amount
  • Changed cancellation conditions

In case you decide to cancel your booking, without point A or B being applicable, we will charge cancellation costs.

  • If cancelled up to 1 March: free of charge**
  • If cancelled from 1 March till the 42nd day before the travel day: 30% of the travel sum
  • If cancelled from the 42nd day till the 28th day before the travel day: 60% of the travel sum
  • If cancelled from the 28th day till the arrival day: 90% of the travel sum
  • If cancelled at the arrival day or later: the total travel sum

*In case the changed booking is more expensive, you will have to pay the difference. In case the changed booking is cheaper, we will apply cancellation costs on the difference.

** In case you have paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher. Valid until 31-10-2022.
