The cancellation insurance can only be taken out at the time of booking your holiday. It is therefore important to decide immediately during the reservation whether you want to add the insurance. Please note: even in the case of an optional or request booking, you must add the insurance right away.
What happens if I need to cancel my holiday?
If you need to cancel your holiday, the cancellation terms and conditions of Estivo Travel will apply first. If the reason for cancellation falls within the terms and conditions of the cancellation insurance, the insurer may reimburse the cancellation costs (partially or in full). The assessment and handling of a claim are carried out directly via Mutuaide Assistance.
