Eden Village is located on the southern shore of Lake Maggiore, with a private grass and sand beach where the water slopes gently, ideal for families with young children. From the new pier, you can enjoy stunning lake views or take a refreshing swim.

A 500-metre walking path through a protected nature area connects camping Eden Village with the neighbouring camping Eden. Guests staying at Eden Village are welcome to use the facilities of camping Eden, such as animation and sports fields. This way, you can enjoy peace and comfort at Eden Village while having the lively atmosphere of camping Eden close by.

Without a car, it’s still easy to get around. Dormelletto train station is just a short walk (750 metres) from the campsite, with around two trains per hour taking you directly into the centre of Milan.

The heated swimming pool forms the heart of the campsite, a calm spot where guests of all ages can unwind. No slides or crowds here, just comfortable loungers around the pool, free to use. Even in spring and autumn, the water remains pleasantly warm, perfect for a relaxing swim any time of day.

Right by the water, you’ll find a modern restaurant with a partly covered terrace overlooking the lake. Here you can enjoy refined dishes, freshly prepared with pure ingredients and a touch of Italian flair. From homemade pasta to crispy pizza and a fine glass of wine, everything here reflects quality and atmosphere. Dining out isn’t necessary, since culinary enjoyment awaits right on the campsite.

Within Eden Village lies the Estivo Village, our exclusive area featuring the latest generation of mobile homes, the Estivo Premium Deluxe XL. This unique model has been specially developed for Eden Village, offering even more space and comfort. The Estivo Village itself is generously laid out, with pitches of around 120 m² each, ensuring privacy, space and a private parking spot at every accommodation. A small children’s playground is being built next to the mobile homes, so younger guests can play safely nearby. Some accommodations are suitable for dogs up to 25 kg, so your four-legged friend can enjoy the holiday too.

With 37 m² of living space and a 24 m² veranda, you’ll have plenty of room to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. The veranda is beautifully furnished for relaxation. Unwind in the lounge corner, read a book in the hanging chair, and end the day with a glass of wine under the softly lit veranda. Inside, comfort continues seamlessly. The modern design and high-quality finishes create a true sense of luxury, and there is free Wi-Fi available throughout the campsite. Thanks to double glazing, heating and extra insulation, this mobile home is also perfectly comfortable in spring and autumn.
